For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate ৳10,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus play will not count towards the wagering requirement.

5.4 bd354 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, refuse a bonus request, or void bonus-funded winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has created multiple accounts to exploit a promotion;
• The player is using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to meet wagering requirements;
• The bonus was claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms;

5.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements are satisfied. Bonus funds cannot be used to fund withdrawals or transferred between accounts.

7.1 bd354 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, chargebacks initiated by the player, or any activity that bd354 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

7.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bd354 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bd354 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 7.4 Self-Exclusion. 8.3 bd354's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of funds held in your bd354 account at the time the claim arises.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit bd354's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
